Impressions:
As someone who was neither strongly for or against the original, my feelings about the sequel are about the same. If you are invested in the story, it's interesting getting a look at the different factions and the power struggle coming to a head. Apparently this is wildly different from the book. I couldn't say if that's good or bad for the film. I think fans of the first film will like this well enough, but detractors probably won't have much reason to change their mind. Take it or leave it.
